Rouge literally carried a huge metal robot, kept up with the ultimate lifeform, and served as the voice of reason for the entire game, all in high heels. Nothing but respect for MY queen.

I love how Rouge has grown more responsible in this game. She was only out for jewels in SA2, but here, she's taking care of her new team, almost being a mediator of sorts between Shadow and Omega. She's genuinely concerned for Shadow's well being too.

Even when he couldn't remember a thing about his past, he accepted who he was and believed in himself.
His initial instinct was to save Rouge from Omega's attack at the beginning. That shows he has a good heart. Such a great character!

I love how Omega went from reluctantly teaming up with Shadow and Rouge to becoming one of their closest friends. It shows especially at the ending where Rouge worries if the Shadow they're with is even the real one, and Omega is the one to assure her the real one must still be alive somewhere. (Even if Omega was the only one in the room with her, its still worth noting that he even bothered saying something like that when most of the time he only talks about destroying things.)
And to think at the beginning he was like if you guys distract me i'll blow you up that's some great development

Team Dark is definitely the most badass team, full of hardcore characters made for good players to take on challenging levels. I also like the fact that Rouge is the leader.

Oh did I mention in SA2 When Shadow became Super He Died?(then was revived because of the fans wanting more of Him.) this team Could have been Another team so mighty and Ray got their Time, But Noooo they Include Rouge and Omega and Not Just Make them Extra Characters Or at least Make team dark’s story a unlockable after beating Team Sonic and Team Mighty. Lots of people when finding out about this got pissed. At the time, it’s been more than 13 years(when the info was leaked) Since people Last Saw Mighty and 15 since they saw Ray.

Team Sonic: Standard difficulty and story, classic team up and one to get you up to speed with the game.
Team Dark: Best dynamic, longer levels but you're prepped for any up in difficulty, probably the best team in the game.
Team Rose: Easy difficulty, it can either be the first one you play to get an easier grip or just use as a little break from the previous modes. Also simple little story.
Team Chaotix: Alternative standard difficulty. It's not much, but at least it justifies being an additional team to play through.
This is one of the few games to make good use of repeating the same four level types, and you can really admire the dynamic between both teams. There's a good reason why this is considered one of the last objectively good Sonic games.
Team Rose: easy
Team Chaotix: medium
Team Sonic: hard
Team Dark : very hard

I love all teams but when i was a kid team rose was my favorite and most played I love amy and cream and big there all so cute especially their special attack
I was 5 years old playing this. I’m 23 now. So glad I remembered the name of this game for my kids
Please give them the childhood I had! I grew up on the game cube 5 years after it had become obsolete in 2010 with sonic mega collection, Luigi’s mansion, and of course flash games although the only way to relive that is through old youtube now… man I miss my childhood, times were much much more simpler

I remember my dad and brother making me sell my gamecube for an xbox 360 so I wouldnt whine about it not being equal because that's what my brother was getting too. Now I have wii 8 years later and now I can find all of the games I've lost and play them again. My brother is a great man but he has aspergers so he cant love people like everyone else but he was good at showing that he still cared for me even though my dad couldnt see it as well as I could. My brother's name is Brian. Brian use to make me sit outside of his room and watch him play some games because he didnt want to be bothered so I looked through the crack in his door so I could see him playing mass effect or legend of zelda ocarina of time or twilight princess which he didnt want me playing because I was too young, and my dad didn't want me playing it either but now that I'm 14, he doesnt have a problem with it. Brian use to play this game with me all the time because it was favorite and I always wanted to play as shadow or knuckles so he would choose rouge or sonic. I remember bits and pieces of this game but not much since I couldnt even read when I played it. I also remember calling my brother into the room so he could read the text from super mario sunshine to me because, again, I couldnt read yet seeing as I was only 4 or 5. I was a stupid kid because I usually got 8 and 10 mixed up or just called them both 10 because I liked the way it sounded. Back the games we use to play. I use to have star fox adventures and he would help me with everything I couldnt do. Now I have that game back again and I'm still playing it and I wish I would have learned those certain parts on my own. I remember amy always chasing after sonic and in a way I was doing the same with my brother (not in a romantic love thing but a brotherly love because he was 11 years older than me) because he helped me I know he loves me but recently he has been becoming distant while he moved away with his parents. I consider my grandparents to be my real parents because my mom/his mom had both of with different guys and she was never married and she left me for drugs, alchohal, and her boyfriend (my dad). My brother has another dad like I said and he was locked up in prison for most of Brian's life. With everything that's happened to me over the years, I wouldn't change if for the world.

I know I'm a few years late but when your Shadow and you press some button to make the camera go first person or something, when you look at Rouge she turns and winks at you. It's a pretty funny little easter egg, well I don't think it's an easter egg but it's funny.
I always loved how fun it was to destroy enemies with the power type characters, especially with Omega and Knuckles
This fucking game is not for people afraid if heights, specially the Casino levels.
