My niece has two sons that were considering joining the military. They were interested in spending a few years in to qualify for the GI Bill to get college paid for, but both have decided against it, she said. Didn't want to serve under Trump and were afraid of being deployed against their fellow citizens and are also afraid that they will spend time in and that the GI Bill will be terminated in Trump's cost cutting push.
