But to give you a quick summary: Julien's properties have a proven ROI of over 15% which means you'll get your investment back in around 5 years leaving you with good 20 years of passive income, or the option to resell your property for a really good price. This, without even mentioning the possibility of extending the lease. But some people can't see a good investment even if it hits them in the face, hope you're not one of them! ;)

You also have to Pay Business Taxes, Your 15% is unachievable….
