Hi can I ask a favour I’m limited for space and noticed the control panel protrudes abit from the spa itself. I know the diameter width is 125 cm could you please measure or tell me how far more with the control panel thus makes the width please. Thanks

I set up my 4 person Alpine lite spa around yesterday at 5pm, water temperature after filling was at 79f. The next day at 11am, the temperature said 104f. I get in to test it out, but it wasn't steamy. It felt warm, slightly hot, but not what I was expecting. Should I wait a little longer?

Good morning. We have had ours for 2 years now,, and really have not noticed any difference in our electric bill..
Out of 1000 or so sold to date, we have had 3 hef heating issues, and when the spa is sent back it is more to do with the lack of hygiene and cleaning with the filters... We now send a letter explaining the importance of cleaning this area and have nil issues. I hope this helps and you enjoy the product......
