Fun fact: i was going karting a week ago, and then i rev the engine of the car cuz y'know, sounds cool

I work at a convenience store chain in the Midwest, and there's a Karen that comes in without fail every week on the soul basis to complain about how bad her experience was, how our store didn't have anything she needed, and how the staff was rude to her. She calls corporate to complain in an effort to get free hand outs as an apology for being slighted. This happens so often that now the staff has kind of a fake high alert system when she comes walking in. "Everyone, Karen has entered the store", they will say over the radio ear pieces. I'll be honest I have no idea how these people function in society, they are walking talking dumpster fires. Haha
This is almost the exact reason why I don't feel like working yet, Karens.

Also, it's perfectly legal to record someone as long as one person being recorded knows about it. Plus I mean it's security footage I think there's like an exclusion for CCTV cameras
You're correct. One of the few exemptions in the law is security cameras as they are owned by a corporation or person and as such can't pick and choose what and when to record.

The only time you cannot record a situation is if it is private meaning that only you the other person and maybe other people that will not share information about the situation right away that is illegal because you need every party in the house to agree on recording the situation but this situation is in public and since it's in public it doesn't count because it is a public place anybody can come and go and share information the body is not private so yes you are allowed to actually record that's why people use security cameras and they don't get caught
