This cathedral has been used for a number of Japanese metal bands to film their videos in, most notably Galneryus' "Angel Of Salvation" MV & "Dominator" by Aldious. That church is on its way to becoming a metalhead's pilgrimage site.

I usually don't dig the lyrics so much but this time I have to say it's really GREAT!! I can't help crying out loud:) it's so strong and I just try to love myself.

You could have asked a bunch of comic-book artists to design a band of alien superheroes, disguised as beautiful women who use music to battle darkness, and they could not have come up with this. It's really insane.
Song's awesome, video's nice to look at, setting's a little overused, but it suits this particular song as well or better than any other one, so it's all good. I could have done without the Orlando Bloom lookin'/hipster Jesus guy moping around in slo-mo, but maybe that's just me. Minor complaint though, I'm about the music, and this track's killer as usual.
For your eyes only: I keep imagining that I am seeing extremely cool literary references in this MV. I see a J.R.R.Tolkien possible reference. It is that the forehead stigmata seems to flash out like a star. (Smith Of Wooton Major) Of course I also see the asterism, Orion's Belt, in the forehead stigmata pattern. The wedding chapel is actually surrounded by buildings, so the setting and context reminds me of the only Christian church in Lillithe's , "Nightside". Where John Taylor goes to meet ,"The Lord Of Thorns", he that ripped the wings off the Fallen Angels. All from the author, Simon R. Green. There is a newer Unlucky Morpheus MV that shows a very very Nightsidish city scape resembling cover art from (Something From The Nightside). Over and over I suspect that the MV creators in Japan are very well read in English Sci-Fi of all genres. Yes I agree that it is really all about the music and also that the band had some input into the MV. Funny, the guy also looks a wee bit like J. Depp too.

Yes, they could. Animated or comic book female bands were already a thing way before you came up with your idea.

The outside of the church is CGI but inside is the real thing. It is a wedding church so Japanese ppl can marry western style.
