my favorite bands always changes throughout the years depending on my mood. long ago it was Nile i couldnt get enough of when i was seriously into egyptian mythology and history. now i have serious depression (to the point of getting Suicidal thoughts) and Ahab is the only Funeral Doom metal band i know at the moment and because of my Suicidal Depression, this band is my favorite at the moment. it helps me cope with my depression and feeling like there's still hope. this band mabye can be a Life Saver for me. for that moment Ahab is now my favorite band. i need to listen to more funeral Doom metal bands, and even more DSBM bands (like, Thy Light) to help me through this depression. this would literaly save me from doing (IT). and by the way, this is my favorite Ahab song; its so dark and epic and raw. i love it. Ahab's Oath and The Hunt are my other two favorite songs as well. so you can techinaly say that this album is the ultimate best of Ahabs albums.
