Reason for not using sir fatch is that it is very hard to evolve as we know it needs 3 critical hit which is next to impossible
its not that hard dude, let him hold a leek, teach him focus energy and leaf blade, which will give you 90% of getting 3 crits ina row
Just slap on leaf blade or night slash and have a long battle with something holding a leek and you are good to go.
