Would like to hear more about the actual how not only the what. Where do they buy the leads from? What type? How are they converted?
Conceptually seems very easy, I think the industry overall does a poor job of that, everything is high level and conceptual, rarely any practical or detailed advice.

@@CodyAskins I’m not speaking directly at you, overall you do a great job, the entire industry overall is not very detailed about helping agents, also motivational speakers, a lot of them are just speaking ideas, and say a quote here and there nothing ever about detailed “how” which is what 92% of agents need to get to the 8%. Rarely any step by step process. I think the “motivational speaking industry are just making a lot of money of vulnerable people who are seeking guidance but never get anything except a few motivational quotes here and there.
I’ll be looking forward to the next video though. Thanks CA!

i agree 100% man. at first i realized its imperative to have the right guidance to succeed. but you know what? after 3 months of joining 3 different agencies and being fed the kool aid on multiple job interviews i decided on one thing that changed my life. GUIDANCE IS A LUXURY. if i want to succeed in this industry i have to teach myself through anything i can. because guess what, finding the right mentor takes time and money and a shit ton of luck and frankly it just isn't practical. this mindset has changed my entire life
