The Silverado nameplate was first used in 1975 on the Chevy pickup line, supplanting Cheyenne/Cheyenne Super as the top trim level. This continued through the square body trucks and the GMT 400/OBS trucks that followed. Then when the GMT 800/ NBS trucks came out in 1999, they were all Silverados, just as their GMC brethren were all Sierras.
Missed three, one of which I couldn't see enough of (the grille is usually my giveaway.) Interesting tidbit.. the first Datsun pickup, when presented to the Emperor of Japan, failed to start.
That red Ford F100 was a1st gen prior to that they were just F1, so it's not a 2nd gen. 1953-1956 the was the first F100 And the blue Chevy was not 1st gen Silverado that would have been the generations before ( AKA) square body Chevy from 72- 87 I believe. And there were a few other mistakes as well like the fj 40 is actually a fj45 .And yes I got all of them.
The first photo didn't show enough detail. Example the Chevrolet truck was definitely a 1948 thru 1953 pickup truck because it had a two piece windshield but the door glass didn't show enough detail? Did the door glass have one or two pieces of glass?
The Silverado was NOT 1st gen. Sadly I missed a few. I'm in south Texas and many of the lil Cissy trucks have never seen south Texas terrain iv never been out of south Texas except 4 Wyoming vacations iv never heard of many of them or even seen them or even seen them in auto mags
WISH THEY MADE 194X-2003 TITAN GENERATIONS OR AT LEAST A PREDECESSOR NAMEPLATE BUT THE VERY CLOSEST ENOUGH YET IS THE UG780 IF ONLY THERE WERE PICKUP VERSIONS...😪I COULDN'T FIND ANY PICS OF ONE EVEN AFTERMARKET OR 3D MODEL RENDERS
I got them all, even the oldest ones, but I've been told I'm "truck OBS-essed".
I missed the last one, Reo Speedwagon is also a rock band!!!!lol
100%... a couple I had to think a second on, but nailed them all....
Got all correct, but that blue Silverado damn sure ain't 1st gen.
Yes it is
Silverado was a trim package, then became its own model.

Or the Dakota
I fucking hate it when they call an 81-93 dodge a FiRsT gEn. it's a goddamn dodge. this "gen" shit needs to go away
100% correct
Missed three, one of which I couldn't see enough of (the grille is usually my giveaway.)

All vehicle quizzes would be preferable with the year models posted with the answer choices.
The Toyota Landcruiser pick up is a FJ45, the FJ40's were the Jeep size.
My brother had a scout. Rolled it 6 times stopped on its side. Some people stopped to help us flip it on its tires and drove it home.
Not talking about the band but the only reo speed wagon I've ever seen was used as a fire truck. I'm sure they made them for other applications though
Got em all. I don't think Autocar made a pickup as such.
got them all but i love the ol classics
Missed the Toyota near the front.
Please speed it up for the next quiz. You either know them or not. ! could almost take a nap between trucks
I got 29 out of 30. not bad for a Aussie
Same here for a Kiwi.
This is so much fun. A fun game you can play with your friends on a tv

29 out of thirty, not bad.
That blue silverado is 4th gen
I know the looks of these trucks
Boy he loves those REO Speedwagons.
c-120 travelette and diamond T model 201 are the only ones I got wrong never heard or seen either of them
The International travelette is the first commercially available crew cab pickup, if memory serves correct
Worked for the park service in the early 70s.. They used the travelette to haul crews and everything else to work sites. Thanks for the memory
that was stupid easy.
Got them all
I only missed 4😊
I missed 4
Please also do one for classic U.K. vehicles.
Don't bother......
So far -3
😊
I missed one.
I got news for You. That TOYOTA FJ is a FJ45, not a FJ40. I work on them when I took My apprenticeship as as mechanic at Northern Toyota.
I'm from the Netherlands, I'm not familiar with all the vehicles, but 27 out of 30 ain't bad 🙂
😪😪
@@santinoeli71506 🙂 🙂
Missed 2 REO speedwagons

30/30 WOO-HOO!!!!!
The first photo didn't show enough detail. Example the Chevrolet truck was definitely a 1948 thru 1953 pickup truck because it had a two piece windshield but the door glass didn't show enough detail? Did the door glass have one or two pieces of glass?
First year of the silverado was 1998 as a 1999 model
15 is plenty for these.
I missed one
Easy test, it has a big mistake though, the Silverado is 4th generation!
The FJ40 is actually a FJ45,

Why don't these quizzes keep score?
I must not be able to get the answers to react,I think I would have aced it.
Got 28 of 30 at 14 years old. But I cant pass a math test 🤣
Aced it
I correctly answered 26/30.
30/30, but that was not a 1st gen Silverado.
Missed two

Damit, I missed 1
The red ford is an F1 not a second generation F100!!
Actually it's a first generation F100
@@HotWheelsBurban I believe the f100 series started in 57.
@@danesderelicts nope , the F100s started in 1953 . The '57s would have been the first of the 2nd generation F100s .
It's a 1953 Ford F100 cuz I got one
@@GaryBland-e1r so you know it's not a second generation
