The atlantic was from the oceanic class ocean liners which includes , oceanic ( 1870 ) , baltic ( 1871 ) , republic ( 1871 ) , celtic ( 1871 ) , and adriatic ( 1872 )
I make these models myself and right now you can make one from my first video. I don't plan on posting this one, since I'm not happy with how it turned out :/
The ss atlantic ( 1870 ) was the second atlantic after the first one in the collins line , in 1953 the third atlantic was launch by the american export lines , on april 1st 1873 , the ss atlantic was sunk at lower prospect , nova scotia , it was the worst maritime disasters after the tayleur and arctic , the second worst maritime disasters were la bourgogne that sunk in 1898 by cromartyshire and titanic sunk on april 14th to april 15th 1912 by an iceberg in the north atlantic ocean
2 reasons. First, I made this model long time ago, when I didn´t know how to properly make things in Fusion360. Second, I try to make my models use as less supports when printing as possile. Printing the stern as in reality would require a lot of supports.
If you mean assembly, that is coming in the future. If you mean modeling the ships, I won't do that because it takes a long time to make and it would be boring.
@@4aviationmelonplayground All my ships have small hatches in the bottom of the hull that allow water to get in. I also put screws or small stones in the hull to make them heavier, otherwise they sometimes don´t sink properly. The lifeboats are not held in place by anything, so when the water gets to them, they float.
My printers max print size is 25x21x21 cm, so I print the ship in sections each about 20 cm long. If you want to print it in one go, you would need a really big printer.
@@3DGeorge Do you think maybe some experimentation could make it fall off when water is touching the funnel? I have been wondering if there could be a way to like.. put air in the funnel, so that when water flows around its base the buoyancy make the funnel dislodge itself? Ty!
It's fairly simple actually. You just need to make the whole ship hollow and put something heavy in it. You can download a model of the ship from my first video and see how I´ve modeled the inside :)
Please can you sell the cargo ship 3d model I’m not spending 300 dollars on a 3d printer and JLCPCB is too complicated for me to even understand Essentially for you is free money- ish
If you want one of my models, they are free to download on my Printables site. You just need to print them yourself. But i did not post this one yet. My Pritables: www.printables.com/@3DGeorge_1191587
This is really well done- great job!
Very fitting to see you on an Atlantic video :)
He's here...
Aye no way its him
YOOO
You need more of these there really fun to watch the boat sink
Amazing model Bro!!! Kep up the good work!!
Edit: OMG YOUR SO CLOSE TO 2K GOOD WORK MATE!
I love how some of the lifeboats sink to the bottom as if they got wrecked or crashed into rocks and sunk

Never thought you could just 3D print ships, but here we are
Now what’s next, a 3D printed Britannic?
Good idea
I mean there are a lot of battleships/battlecruiser models that are 3d printed probably before this video was even taken
Omg the king came back
you are so good at 3d printing how!!!! still waiting for that torpedo lol
THIS IS AMAZING! I wish i had a 3d printer to make something like this
same
Can you link the models to this ship? (I'm a huge ship nerd and I love your stuff)
I make these models myself and right now you can make one from my first video. I don't plan on posting this one, since I'm not happy with how it turned out :/
The way the lifeboats gliter down to the ship is adorable or cool
The model itself looks good though
Sorry I haven't watched this video btw is soo cool and nice :)
I have an odd suggestion. could you make a Queen Mary model that floats please?
A ship that floats and does not sink? Maybe I will :D

Bro you actually super talented it’s unfair 😂 keep up the good work
Thank you :)
These are good models and excellent information. Have you thought about doing the El faro
Yes, I have thought about it and I'll make it someday.
You should do RMS Carpathia next 👍
Tus videos me encantan mucho😃😃😃
Why does it have a cruiser stern. Why.

@@3DGeorge oh, just a thought but maybe you should make a big georgic model?
@@doritorobloxcubeaddict How big? I usually make my models 60cm (23.6in) long.
I love this video! Keep it up!
Can you do one with the RMMV Oceanic III?
Fictional sinking that is.
Maybe in the future :)
I live for these videos
Thank you! :)
I woul just reccomend to put the funnel color as yellow. Orange is more used by Cunard, not WSL
Amazing great work
This model is niceee
Thank you :)
BRO I need that 3d model, but good work!
You can print one from my first video. I probably won't post this one.
You should do the Lusitania or Empress of Ireland next

Cool video

Bro when she reached underwater, WHY TF THE LIFEBOATS ARE DROWNING-
I like how he just raised the wreck of the first ship and put it at dock
Lore confirmed?!?!? 😮😮😮
Lore? Maybye :D
Hey
Just do the lore om
Ok
Just curious, do you actually make these ships or are they from another person?
I make them myself. I design the ships in Fusion 360 and print them on my Prusa MK3S.
Also curious, how do you sink them? And how do you get the lifeboats to break off from the ship? Along with the funnel breaking off aswell.
@@4aviationmelonplayground All my ships have small hatches in the bottom of the hull that allow water to get in. What about the funnel?
@@4aviationmelonplayground I put a bit of glue under it, so it held in place. After the ship tilted it came loose.
How big does the 3D printer have to be to print these ships?

Wait.. thats so cool! How did you make the funnel fall?
I´ve used stick glue. Its great to hold the funnel in place and if you tilt the shit it releases easily :)
@@3DGeorge uhh, I think you made a typo 😅
Also, is there a way to make it fall even if the ship didn’t capsize? Thanks!
@@optimusfan1007 Oh sorry :D I´m sure there is a way to make it fall even if it does not capsize, just not sure how right now :P

For Me, Is Only Accurace The Funnel Collapse!
How on earth do you even 3d print a sinking ship! I tried so many times and everything failed

Where can i puy thos model can you have files of it
You can´t get this model anywhere at the moment. But I might post it on my Printables page someday :)
Where can I get an ss atlantic 3d model?
I've modeled and printed this one myself, and I haven´t posted it anywhere yet. So you have to look online if there is a similar model.
Can you do the Titanic next????!
Maybe as a 10k subscriber special.
Can u add the titanic???
Maybe in the future :)
Great, like you friend
Well done sir 🫡
Probably buy one of the titanic and you can sync it in one of those videos
you can meke diper lake?
What? :D
Cool

Pretty acurate
When you make new video
I do have a new ship ready, but I´m very bussy with school right now. So, not sure.
That Was Accurate
I wish a had a 3d printer to do this😢
I want to make that ship with my ender 3 when I get one
Do titanic please that would mean alot to me
will this file be posted
I'm not sure about that yet.
@@3DGeorge okay that makes sense
like it
still, i cannot fathom how this came from a 3D printer.
Wow.
How big are these models?
This one is 60cm (23.6 inch). The one from first video is 40cm (15.7 inch) :)

I don't plan on selling them. But I might put it on Printables, so people can print them themselves.

Nope, thats SS Atlantic :)
