Is there a helmet in one of these cases that I haven't done a review video for that you would like to see close up? Let me know in the comments below and I will make it happen!
@@simatro9797 Thanks! Before I talked about each of the helmets, I gave an idea of where I got them from; a bunch of different companies, but all online. Did you have one specifically you were searching for? I be happy to help you find it. Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!
@@simatro9797 The scout trooper helmet is from eFX Collectibles. They have their own website where they sell direct, and you can also find them on other websites like Sideshow Collectibles sometimes. The tie fighter pilot came from a company that is now defunct, but RS Propmasters in the United Kingdom has a great website and they produce great helmets as well.
Black series helmets are amazing quality. I got the incinerator because the plain white rogue one is sold out and scalpers want crazy money. But man I love the one I got. Mad legit! Great collection bud
The Hasbro Black Series helmet is actually my favorite. It is the only one that is really precise in its mold. The difference in eye sizes, bendy lines and cutouts on all Star Wars "Pro"-helmets (whoever makes them) hurts my eyes. I know the helmets in the movies are like this as well - but they are just movie props. Had the Empire been for real (!) the helmets would have been as precise as Hasbro's. : )
These are some excellent points, Kent. I couldn't agree more. The Hasbro helmets sure do ooze quality, even if they aren't technically "screen accurate." I love mine and will continue to buy ones that come out for my collection. Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!
I'm a huge 1.1 scale helmet fan Paul, looking back over some of your videos and had to watch this, think it's Inspired me to do a video on my full range of 1.1 helmets in the new year, really enjoyed it my friend, I love the shore trooper, it's one helmet I'd love to own....one day hopefully 👍
Thanks, Luke! Helmet collecting is my main jam! I collect the figures, because I love them, but mostly because they come out more often than helmets do. I'd love to see an in-depth overview of your helmet collection. You have the impressive lot behind you there. And, as you could see, I did my overview video back before I started instilling production values and a bit of panache in my videos, so I will do another towards the end of next year when I get more helmets in so I can produce some higher quality. Thanks for stopping by again, sir!
@@PaulsCollectibles yeah mate I'd love to see another video of your helmets, I'm sure you could do another video with your trademark smoothness now 👍, I'll look forward to it my friend 👍
Very nice collection! So now all you need are the phase 1 clone, snow trooper, tank commander from Rogue 1, FO flame trooper, FO snow trooper, and FO TIE pilot. You know you want to get them! Seriously though, that’s a very nice and impressive collection! Well done, sir!
Thanks, TeeJay! You understand collecting so well with that VERY accurate and astute observation! 😄 I need more glass cases for sure! Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!
That's awesome, James! You are the first person to ever mention noticing that poster in the background. I saw them in a small, local venue in the mid 90's. They were opening for Letters to Cleo and there were like 20 people there for their show. They blew me away! I grabbed the poster off the venue wall, and went over to the band who were just hanging out at the bar and got the singer and bass player to sign it for me. Charlie Brown's Parents and Moisture are still my two favorite tracks from them.
Awesome collection, very well displayed. Thank you for sharing and explaining a little bit about each helmet, specially which company they are from. That really helps out beginning collectors like myself, who wants to start collecting but not sure where to look.
Thank you very much! I'm glad it was at least a little helpful. These helmets can be pricey, and vary in quality depending on where you get them. Happy helmet hunting!
Thanks, Luis! It came from Branfuhr Studios. Thanks for checking out the video! www.etsy.com/shop/BranfuhrStudios. I also did a 3-minute overview video on the Patrol Trooper helmet if it helps any: ruclips.net/video/k8Ep0tx-4t4/видео.html
Thanks, Nick! Haha! Yeah, "Nick and Reese" are my buddy's eight year-old twins who watch my videos. I thought they'd get a kick out of that. There are still young enough to believe that if you're on RUclips, you're famous! Thanks for checking out the video, and for the subscription!
Thanks, Josh! I appreciate that! And welcome to helmet collecting. They're like a drug and it's a slippery slope frim here. Soon you'll have several cases of them as well! Thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!
Thank you very much! It's from Anovos and cost a lot of money, and disappointingly, is made of a very thin plastic and is very flimsy. Consequently, it makes a great display piece, but I wouldn't want to wear it!
They really do look fantastic. Any helmets on your wishlist? I would love to get a Leia Boushh and Lando Skiff helmet. It looks like you're focused on troopers, which of course, I'm flattered! Lol! Just kidding. Is there a Boba on the horizon or are you sticking with troopers? Thanks for sharing!
Thanks once again for the really kind words and encouragement! And as you can see in this video, I started out with troopers, but in my subsequent video, which you've already watched, I started a Mandalorian shelf as well with Boba Fett. I still need to get that green ICAT trooper from the Mandalorian episode with Bill Burr. Thanks for checking out a few of my videos and for being so supportive! I really appreciate it.
Thanks! Helmets are my first love, and my main jam. I love the action figures, and you see more videos of those here on my channel because, well, they simply come out more often! haha!
I Only own black series helmets (stormtrooper, Vader, Luke and Boba and also have Cadinals and Din's helmet pre ordered) and i want to buy some others like Anovos but living In Finland means most of these companys are In USA so posting and tax will add alot of extra cost to those. I bought Kowakian Monkey Lizard from disneyshop and it cost almost triple the product
WOW! Triple?! That blows. I'm sorry to hear it's so expensive for you guys to get stuff over there. The Black Series helmets are awesome for display, especially for what you pay for them. I have a few now. As a matter of fact, I am currently modifying a Black Series Incinerator Trooper helmet into a Mortar Trooper (from The Mandalorian) helmet. Be sure to check back for my video on that! I really like the way it's turning out.
CA, I'm so sorry, I have no recollection of what brand of paper towel holder it is and it has no markings on it. I measured. It's 14" tall. I pressed a half-globe of styrofoam onto the top of it for added stability, bringing the entire height to 14 1/2". Does that help?
I felt the same way. The best thing to do is to first get involved in some of the Facebook helmet collectors' groups. They are a wealth of knowledge. That's where you can find the private dealers that have ALL KINDS of cool, different helmets you can't get commercially. Then, Big Bad Toy Store, Dorkside Toys, and Engtertainment Earth are three great commercial vendors to start with. Right now you can get Black Series Boba Fett helmets, a Mandalorian helmet, and a couple others on pre-order from them. Those helmets are are on the lower end of the cost spectrum and are of superb quality. Then, when you get comfortable with getting the Black Series helmets and getting a couple from private vendors, you can begin to buy kits or basic printed helmets and start fashioning your own if you want. There's a world of options out there. Be careful, though.... once you get started, it's hard to stop and you'll end up with TONS of helmets! haha! Happy hunting and thanks for stopping by and checking out the video!
