Wedgey is a top coach and even better man. I met John in 1999 when I went to the Pacific North West region with Challenger Sports from the UK. Like John i'm from Leeds and we hit it off straight away, I loved listening to his stories of his coaching journey. He even gave me an adidas top that he was wearing as I said I liked it. 20 years on I've still got it !!!
