still came out looking good. was the extra shiny look from condensation when you first took them out? or did they stay that shiny? either way almost looked like satin when you first took the bars out really cool.
I dont think Al Gore has rhythm... Do you think that putting whole seamoss into the heated oils, lets say for several hours, would extract the goodies? Like what you did with thr coffee and rose.
@@MrsSoapAndClay Ok. The last Santal I bought smelled like soap too. Is that just what it smells like? I thought it would be exotic from all the fragrance descriptions I have read.
It’s not GOING to be May, it IS May! The second. Mea culpa.
OMG! How is it I didn’t know about lotion bars!!??!!
PNW is currently experiencing 4th winter. 😉
Can you smell the sea moss in the lotion bar? I tried adding powdered kelp once, and it was horrible. 🤢
Oh, good question! No sea moss smell in this one - the cocoa butter overpowered, thankfully.
Hmm

Hey! They stay very shiny. Super smooth texture!

Hey! It’s definitely a good idea! I have some steeping now, I’ll let you know!
That Definitely works really well and feels like an aloe Vera oil infused texture. I use it in my soaps, lotions etc
So I’m wondering if you can emulsify it? Can you even do that with a solid lotion bar?
I mean lotion bars don’t really need an emulsion, unless you’re adding water. This seemed to work without any issues. 😂
So I wanted to ask you if you had any reactions to the soaps with the sea moss in them, or this lotion bar on your skin for that matter? I hope not😰
How is that Santal? I was thinking about ordering it.
Smells like soap. Nothing groundbreaking but nice to blend!
