This is a great video! However I still don't completely understand the structure of the Job Simulation. Correct me if I am wrong but does it go like this: - 1; Video Questions (Tell me about yourself, biggest strength etc) - 2; Video Questions (SJT, What would you do in this situations) - 3: Ranking order task (1-5) - 4: Free Text Task (Write a business email or something similar). Thanks for taking the time to read this and respond!
Looks right, but do bear in mind. We're trying to make a video for an audience across a wide range of positions and countries. So we do generalise in parts!
Hey Mike! What do you exactly mean by keeping the notes in front of you and not memorising them? Does that also mean I can see them sometimes in between and speak to the camera?
I just took the assessment and I have to say I only had very specific questions related to the assessment context (What/how would you do this) and no question about myself at all. The rest is accurate though
Just did the one for the asset management role - all the video q’s asked were situational except for the first one which was technically just practice. This video was great prep but in my one they didn’t ask any of the ones you could pre-prepare for 😂
@@JobReadyEnglish appreciate it, it was alright I’d say. The curveball was that it was highly situational, based on fictional scenarios representative of the job, so my prior prep regarding a lot of key facts and points relevant to my compatibility for the role weren’t asked
In dashboard it's showing that "You have passed the online assessment. Results of the assessment available for review" does anyone knows what is the further step? Or what I have to do next?

Yes :) For example glancing down as you take a breath in between sentences :)

Hi, did you have a question about how you would ‘arrange a schedule for the week’??? Thanks.
@@ATGames1 Yes, this was my e-mail question: I had my full schedule and had to answer to my manager asking me to do something before a deadline.
Thank you!!! Was there also a Q at the end on leading a presentation on ESG issues??
@@ATGames1Hi, do you member the type of video questions that came up?
