Violent offenders should not be on ankle monitors. To put the guns down we need judges to keep the offenders till their cases are heard. If they violate, the action to pick them up needs to happen within hours. We have way too many cases of failed procedures. When agencies take credit for a rapid arrest due to an ankle monitor I think we can all agree that was not the intention of the ankle monitor. This case only highlights that the system is broken and by people not doing their jobs and we now have more victims and one of them died.

They NEVER arrested the people responsible for the shooting at the Chicken and Watermelon Daiquiri Shop on Claiborne back in 2018
