    That knee bar was so well done!!! And I wish more white belts I knew were like Bjorn. So many of them get angry at being submitted a lot, but you gotta leave your ego at the door if you want to grow in this sport!

      Yes🙌🙌🙌 this comment! I loved it so much I had to pin it 📌 People that roll like what you saw in this video will last in jiu jitsu a lot longer than the people who can’t leave their ego at the door and humbly roll with all weights and genders. After rolling with Bjorn, he has no animosity and just gives a pure thank you for the roll. He will attain more knowledge like that in the long run. I wish more people were like that too!

      Oh I'm sorry. I forgot it's not the 14th century when you used to have a little bit of integrity rather than this complete degeneracy.
      What changed from the 14th century? Did people stop having sex? Did men stop having desire for women so that what I said is no longer applicable to the fight?
      Well, sorry to break it to u but the comments here prove that ur wrong and nothing changed. And most here watch it bcs it's erotic. Only in ur mind is it a respectful fight. But if most don't see it that way then ur two lttile brain cells should realize that there's smth wrong with it. If u can't see it and acting blind then that's ur problem. If women want to play this sport, they can do it with other women and not post it for millions of men to see. So this has nothing to do with misogyny. Always labeling things u don't like as an escape route in a discussion is disgusting.
      Again, I'm sorry that u come from a degenrate background and allow ur sister and mother to tangle with a man in such clothes and be in positions more erotic thsn sex itself I come from a completely different world. A world where we have integrity. I'm sure it's a word u never heard of. Maybe u heard historic stories of it from the the 14th century since it's nowhere to be found in ur society.

A fighter shows up one day, picks me to roll with, he goes full throttle fighter mode against me the newbie & gets ankle / heel lock, instantly cranks on it & DESTROYS my knee before I can tap. • @StanleyPinchak
      @StanleyPinchak 2 года назад

      Fallon has just been attacking the Ezekiel choke. She still has head control with her left arm and has moved up to a high mount position. She could go back to attacking the Ezekiel, or attempt to isolate an arm. Either way the best defense at this point is to try to bring the arms close to the chest / neck. Bridging will be less effective due to the high mount, but it may be enough to force Fallon to release the head control. Without the head control, the Ezekiel threat goes away and the defensive arms can then be used to frame hips to begin shoulder walking Fallon back to low mount, where more escape opportunities are available.
      Unfortunately, this plan goes out the window as Fallon gets wrist control and advances her right shin over the bicep pulling up on the head to help clear the rest of her leg for mounted triangle. Sometimes you are better off not rolling through on the mounted triangle if you can keep your arms tight and move enough to make locking the triangle difficult.

    5:10 Bullshit.
    You can't pull a certain percentage of strength from everything you do. So if you try, it's always extremely skewed to certain situations.
    And even if you could do that, it would not mean that you can then simply put your strength to 100% and apply your training there. Because suddenly you find yourself in completely different situations.
    We don't pretend to have less flexibility or stamina while training, but for some reason people think they should do roleplaying when it comes to strength.
    You're basically aquiring wrong habits, like practicing a golf swing at the wrong distance.

    • @zafarhashmi2170
      @zafarhashmi2170 2 года назад +2

      Not in the context of Jiu Jitsu. When people take about using strength in BJJ they mean you are using to to escape or advance in position due to your opponents lack of skill.
      For example it is possible to pull your arm out of an armbar with strength if your opponent doesn't have the skill to keep your arm locked in position while attempting the move. Against a more skilled opponent you won't pull your arm out in time. By not using strength you are forced to use the correct armbar defence which protects your arm from being hyperextended while you slowly pull it out.
