Karnataka has the highest number of tigers in India more than bengal (Kolkata) , best tiger Safari in India are in kabini - bandipur and Jim Corbett np in uttarakhand ❤
Believe me this is best zoo ❤ amazingly kept.. Zoo keepers are amazing they love animals.. It is compulsory addition in karnataka state school tours😅 we visited many times.
Bro india has everything including diversity of flora and fauna from Himalayas to desert to forest to tropical rain forests to wetlands etc that is why people called it indian subcontinent.
OK welcome to coorg don't miss Kushalnagara Buddhist monestry it's so beautiful. Waterfalls, Enjoy the green Tea estate , cool weather.. Try pork curry it's soul food of coorg.
To see Tiger visit Bandhavghar or Kanha in Madhya Pradesh or Rathambore in Rajasthan. You can visit the respective websites. To see lions visit Gir in Gujarat
For Royal Bengal Tiger , please visit Kabini backwaters forest safari , a very high chance for spotting a tiger there. Hardly 2 hours drive from mysore.
Indian zoos are all like this with full of natural ecosystem ....You should have visited Guwahati Zoo , it's one of the top 5 in India ...Hippos , Rhinos , Elephants , Lions , Tigers , leopards , Hyenas , Bears , Giraffe , Zebra , Deers , Crocs all are there ...The area is quite large though you need a whole day to explore it perfectly Visit North East once again Love from Guwahati
Guys please visit Ranthambore national park for tigers, Ranthambore National Park is a vast wildlife reserve near the town of Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan.
If you ever come to Odisha then please visit Nandankanan zoological park... It's the 2nd largest zoo in India established in 1960 and is literally situated inside a part of forest.
Yes and also you ll be able to see tiger from so close and it's a temple City so you ll see so many temples beaches mountains waterfalls jungles crocodiles every thing It is also a place where most of the Indian sweets originates. Must visit odisha once big fan
I don't know about Mysore but India's oldest and one of the biggest zoo is in Kolkata. Also so many things in Kolkata is India's oldest from tram , metro, Library, Polo club , football club , criket stadium, Science City, hanging restaurant, Museum, football stadium, underwater metro, botanical garden, cantilever bridge, largest city park etc... And yes please come to Sundarbans world's largest Mangrove forest where the Bengal tiger lives, tho it's not necessary that you are gonna see it but you will definitely gonna see lots of birds , crocs , monitar lizards, monkeys, deer , crabs and fish in a house boat (it's not same as Kerala) .
Brace yourself for a symphony of lights and water at the KRS Dam's captivating water show. Watch as the night sky becomes a canvas for shimmering magic!
As you guys are travelling i will highly recommend you to visit statue of unity in gujarat ,kashmir, leh(ladakh),india has its own maldive = Lakshadweep islands (must visit places in india)❤and also you can visit -vrindavan (one of the best and holiest place in the whole world❤
Visitor since the late 80's. The Zoo used to be lot bigger and often took half a day to explore. Looks like they have closed off some parts. The green gate at 2:10 did not exist back then. It allowed visitors get close to the cages and watch tigers up close. They had a lion too! The white building at 0:56 , if my memory serves right use to be a mini museum. Lastly at 11:52 those Giraffe's parents Honey and Henry were bought from a German Zoo.
In my city also, Zoo is literally like a jungle 😂 So big...and too much spacious. Animals live like they are living in a jungle. And that's a good thing ✌️ Keeping big wild animals in closed small enclosures is inhuman. That's why here Zoos are called Zoological parks. Its a conserved area in between cities..where they preserve rare plant species too.
Look for a local Mysorean Tigress. Click a selfie with her. Take back your fond Mysore memories to your homeland. Hang up that selfie captured in a portrait on a wall inside your home. Good vibes of this Mysore Tigress will protect you from all evil eyes around you. Cheers! 😊
Go to coorg kushlanagara its near to mysuru its golden temple ( Buddhist monastery), and a sacred temple tala kaveri (where birth place of river cauvery )bagamandala temple where 3 river meets , if possible try abbey falls ,mallalli falls , and mandalpatti trekking , kote betta its one of best of best
If you get time you must visit odisha you ll be able to see tiger from so close and it's a temple City so you ll see so many temples beaches mountains waterfalls jungles crocodiles every thing It is also a place where most of the Indian sweets originates. Must visit odisha once big fan

One cannot leave Banglore without visiting Bannerghatta National Park, Wonderla, Pyramid Valley International, Go Kart, Art of Living International Centre.
You must visit statue of unity ,gujrat it has many amazing things to visit in just one place & it has a jungle safari where we can see birds in open inside a cage
If you want to see a tiger in a sanctuary, which is pretty much natural habitat for the animal, in Karnataka then I'd highly recommend doing a safari tour in Bannerghatta National Park (outskirts of Bangalore). I've done it myself and I was able to see tigers (and white tigers), lions, and elephants. Definitely a must do if you want to see them roam around in their habitat.
Go to Madhya Pradesh or Maharashtra, it has the largest and highest number of Tiger reserves. Further, both these states have the highest number of Tigers in India.
If you want to see a tiger in the wild, go to Nagarahole National Park not far from Mysore. If you buy the stay package, it includes stay, 2 safaris per day and 3 meals a day plus snacks and you have very high odds of spotting a few tigers if you stayed 2 days and did 4 safaris. It is around $180 per person per day and includes everything. Kolkata would be the worst place to spot tigers in the wild. The Sunderbans which is close to Kolkata has over 100 tigers in the reserve but extremely difficult to spot one due to the terrain which is dense forest and marshes. You can only tour the Sunderbans from a boat. Go to Kabini or Nanachi gates in Nagarhole if you want a virtually guaranteed sighting and you have to stay at least 2 days and go on 4 Jeep safaris that are included in the package.
