At 2:10 when he moves the deck of camera he loads two aces to the top of the deck. The ace of spades and ace of clubs.

My guess on the first trick is that when the deck goes off camera between 2:10 and 2:30 two extra aces are added to the top of the deck.
5:25 the deck goes off screen again and sounds like 2 cards coming back out
