I work a 9-5 (well 8-4) and i honestly wouldn't want the life of any of the streamers. The money, the cars ect is not worth it, I'd rather get positive attention from the small group of people i care about than attention from millions I've never met.

This was back when Fousey was a big youtuber still and at least in the public eye had never had any manic episodes/crashouts really. What he meant was in his skits he'd upload, it was usually just him playing multiple characters. So he himself played female roles, wore female clothes, etc. He also came off effeminate kind of in general. So he was trying to say that he read all the youtube comments all the time, and it got to him and made him feel like the stuff people said in comments were right. Lots of comments called Fousey effeminate or girly or gay, so he added that into his speech. You can get what he's trying to say, comments weighed on him heavily, but he lists a bunch of negative stuff and then throws in gay so it comes off really horrible lol. Just one of the many examples of him trying to say something profound or meaningful and falling flat on his face.
This should be a lesson in how severe and real mental illness is, this is bipolar disorder 1, unmedicated (and combined with drugs). He is manic, mania comes with grandiosity. He wont get back to any form of normalcy unless he quits drugs and is consistently medicated. Even medicated occasional manias can occur, but not as severe or long. This is a trainwreck being streamed live. It's very, very sad.

Fousey reminds me of an old friend I had. He’d always put himself in very bad situations. He also tried to un alive himself multiple times and at first I felt extremely bad. Old fan of yousef here, man does life really run by so fast, I remember watching this guy when he was popular on middle eastern Facebook pages as he was genuinely funny and appealed to us, but as soon as he started to get away from his core content I slowly but surly started to dislike it, especially when he started to replace his childhood friends with so called internet friends in the business as soon as he moved to LA (which in it self is a grave mistake), bro these were your true friends, they would keep you in check and be there when it all goes downhill. I am a family physician by trade, but it doesn't take a genius nor a doctor to see that he isn't mentally well plus, he distant himself from his loved ones so there is no one there to keep him in check or look out for him in such testing time in his life, his bipolar (from what it seems like) is rapidly cycling which is an absolute nightmare to deal with and now everything is there on the internet for everyone to see, forever. I don't feel bad for him as I have to be objective and look at the millions he blew and the opportunities he wasted, it's just a pity....if I was his dad or one of his older siblings, I would definitely take all that equipment away for now until his insight and mood is stable and started to see things clearly, but then again I am playing ifs, buts and maybes....
Yeah for real, the mental stress and sadness you put on your parents doing something like that. A very very small part of me feels sad for Fousey with that mindset, but it's only because I had a family member do something similar and passed on shortly afterwards. In this case though it's a mixture of his mania and narcissism. On one hand, bipolar makes you feel that way and the older you get even if you do get treatment the more unstable some people become. On the other hand, he willingly puts himself in these situations even when he's seemingly doing better where there's basically nowhere but down to go mentally. All in all, it's so hard for family members to have to go through all of what he puts them through especially because he willingly puts himself in the spotlight for the world to see him crash out with reckless abandon

@LetHimRead I'd say its his fault if each episode gets worse after the first one. Unfortunately you can still have episodes after the first one even if you're on meds. But the difference is the severity should be less as well as the frequency. I thought after my first episode I wouldn't get another as long as a stayed on my meds but I still did, it was just significantly less intense.

This is exactly how I’d act in active addiction. Everything was everyone else’s fault I would act out lash out and not remember anything the next day and apologize to everyone make promise after promise until I’d crash out again cause I was high. Thankfully by the grace of God I was able to get my life together and I’m sober today and accepting accountability for myself and my actions. I hope that he’s able to get sober and get the help he needs. One of my favorite quotes is “drugs are not our problem, they’re the solution to our problems” and until we can recognize why we’re using we’ll never be able to stop..

Fousey reminds me of an old friend I had. He’d always put himself in very bad situations. He also tried to un alive himself multiple times and at first I felt extremely bad. Time and time again he never took accountability for any of his actions so long story short nobody really likes him. Can’t say I feel sorry anymore since a person can only take so much.

Old fan of yousef here, man does life really run by so fast, I remember watching this guy when he was popular on middle eastern Facebook pages as he was genuinely funny and appealed to us, but as soon as he started to get away from his core content I slowly but surly started to dislike it, especially when he started to replace his childhood friends with so called internet friends in the business as soon as he moved to LA (which in it self is a grave mistake), bro these were your true friends, they would keep you in check and be there when it all goes downhill. I am a family physician by trade, but it doesn't take a genius nor a doctor to see that he isn't mentally well plus, he distant himself from his loved ones so there is no one there to keep him in check or look out for him in such testing time in his life, his bipolar (from what it seems like) is rapidly cycling which is an absolute nightmare to deal with and now everything is there on the internet for everyone to see, forever. I don't feel bad for him as I have to be objective and look at the millions he blew and the opportunities he wasted, it's just a pity....if I was his dad or one of his older siblings, I would definitely take all that equipment away for now until his insight and mood is stable and started to see things clearly, but then again I am playing ifs, buts and maybes....

Yeah for real, the mental stress and sadness you put on your parents doing something like that. A very very small part of me feels sad for Fousey with that mindset, but it's only because I had a family member do something similar and passed on shortly afterwards. In this case though it's a mixture of his mania and narcissism. On one hand, bipolar makes you feel that way and the older you get even if you do get treatment the more unstable some people become. On the other hand, he willingly puts himself in these situations even when he's seemingly doing better where there's basically nowhere but down to go mentally. All in all, it's so hard for family members to have to go through all of what he puts them through especially because he willingly puts himself in the spotlight for the world to see him crash out with reckless abandon

@LetHimRead I'd say its his fault if each episode gets worse after the first one. Unfortunately you can still have episodes after the first one even if you're on meds. But the difference is the severity should be less as well as the frequency. I thought after my first episode I wouldn't get another as long as a stayed on my meds but I still did, it was just significantly less intense.
