Yum....have you tried the Wilton cake tin wraps? You wet them and put around the outside of the tin and it keeps the cake flat, you don’t have to level them, they are amazing. 🥰🥰 Thank you for another amazing recipe 😋😋🌸🌸

Do you think it's preferable to put some chocolate ganache on top of the chocolate cake and then some strawberry frosting to be sure that the chocolate flavor is present enough or would you omit it ? Hi Luce! I'm so glad you found my channel! If you want to go with fondant, I would omit the chocolate ganache altogether, unless you really want extra chocolate flavor. Enjoy!

Hi! :) These cake layered are fairly moist but you can absolutely add a little bit of sugar syrup! :) I would start with a little bit and add more as needed.

Hi! You can use either homemade or store bought. Store bought will most likely be thicker than a homemade jam, so it won't affect the consistency. I do have a strawberry rhubarb jam recipe, you can make it with just strawberries, too: ruclips.net/video/Pm5VWaVvw5U/видео.html

In the UK, we don't have semisweet chocolate. Could this be made with dark or milk chocolate chips?
