Hey hey guys, hope your having a smashing day! Today's episode is part 2 of the Cooktown Trip series..... and what a day it turned out to be.
Day 2 was an absolute cracker with just none stop lure action on cod, jacks, cuda's and barramundi. Something I've been trying to get on camera for awhile...
Stick around for Part 3 coming soon as that one was just as hectic as today's and I end up getting a legal sized barra to take home to the family.

Hey mate I have always wanted to catch a Barra I live up in cairns any good land based spots you can recommend
I've got them along the esplanade at high tide, probably the best spot I can think landbased around Cairns... Might get lucky at one of the river mouths to n thanks for watching 🤙

@@teca-au3692 I've got them on live bait, top water lures because its not very deep along the esplanade and even got one off the bottom on a dead prawn from the servo. Just walk along till you see the pipes/drains running into the water and flick those 🤙 let me know how you go 👍
