- Hello y'all, It's been a while. September 2019 marked an entire DECADE since I first uploaded this song on RUclips. I wanted to commemorate the song's 10-year anniversary by going to a studio then asked a few of my friends to perform this song live, record it, and re-release it to the world. It's my little nostalgic gift for y'all. This is especially for those of you who have been with me since - and even before then. Thank you for following my journey. Thank you for rooting for me. Thank you for letting my songs live in your lives - creating memories with my work. What an honor it is for my songs to find homes inside y'all's hearts across the world, coming from different walks of life, and being inspired by them. Music is a wonderful thing. Blessed to have found a gift that I can offer to the world. Hope this inspires you to find and share yours.

I randomly found you on RUclips around 2011 when I typed in "Original Songs" since I wanted to find more singer/songwriters because of the talent emerging from RUclips at that time period. This was one of the first videos suggested and I couldn't stop going through your channel and loving each song I heard. I've yet to see you live but know that you are amazing and I love the soul you put into your music. I always loved this song but it also breaks my heart because this sort of became the song that my ex and I really enjoyed. She played piano and would cover this song at different performances, and it was like there was a pocket of time where she'd look at me once and awhile, while she performed and smiled. I still love this song, but it reminds me of a love that isn't around anymore
