A fun way to make Japanese chewy baby castella

I visited "Matsuroan Suzunariya", a baby castella specialty store that offers fluffy and fluffy baby castella.
This store opened in the spring of 2021 in Fushimi Otesuji Shopping Street.
Of course, the baby castella is delicious as it is, but we also highly recommend the castella fondue, which you can eat with a fresh cream dip or roasted green tea dip.
I also received soft serve ice cream while I was waiting.
