I made the decision during the pandemic to start socializing more. Just decided to strike up conversations with strangers in parks, grocery stores, etc, and did it consistently every day all year. My social skills developed and I'm far more comfortable being with people. I'm honestly surprised by how different I am now as a person than I was last year. It's incredible how little changes done consistently can drastically change you.
