So this is a high class Behemoth, cool!
I have the Behemoth on a 10w for the Cal. bay delta and if the drag on this reel is as good, you can land a 40+ lb striped bass with 65lb fluorocarbon. I might have to upgrade.

This is a heavier reel. I have 5-7wt with 6.7oz plus fly line. I think it also might work for your Sage.

I don't go to the salt enough to justify the price for me personally but I can see myself finally pulling the trigger on one down the line. Maybe if I get a good raise 😆

I have 3 of these, even if you wash them after every saltwater outing ...that sweet clicking stops and the reel becomes silent.
Haven't heard nor seen that happen. You should return them immediately. That's not right.
