What an awesome place to work: “hey frank see that 1000lb block of tools steel over there?” “Yeah, boss” “I need 950 of that turned into a bucket of chips in the next 20 minutes, oh and you can only do it with slotting!” “But boss we don’t have a machine that can do that!” “What?? here is my corporate credit card, go get one immediately!”

Hello Titans, thank you very much for all the knowledge you give, a request, could you make a video showing how you calculate the grip force that each piece occupies according to the cut that you apply to it👍👍👍

My favorite from those vids are the 1018 "Sunglasses", looks so effortless!

Possible to make an engine block with the head and block as one piece ??... be a huge upgrade to drag cars etc without blowing head gaskets with monster turbos etc ❤❤❤

Great work as always.. I would like to see the techniques of thin wall machining. Can you pls make a video of such. I'm sure many of us would like to see this.

A very impressive video! That glowing cutter reminded me of the time I melted the tip off a carbide burr tool.
I bought a small CNC a few months ago and am experimenting with some full carbide cutters, 10mm 4 flute, up to 20mm deep in 6mm steps straight into mild steel.
I noticed you don't use coolant, is that better for the cutter? What rpm and speed would you recommend?

I can see a guy go to a machine dealer and see a nice used cnc, they ask the dealer what sort of machine life has it and do you know the old customer, the dealer says yes well have you herd of Titans cnc they have produced some very good work from this machine, the dealer turns round to see the guy with head down walking out the door 🤔😂. I understand that these machines can do wonders but running at these feeds and speeds day in day out has got to take its toll on them.
