    I never heard of that dish before! But u convinced me to make it, sad part I have to wait for a month! 😭
    Sweet, sour & salty... I think when i make think I’m going to chop it w/ a cleaver before I steam it.

    Hi Bong, after marinate fermented belly pork should we keep in temperatures room or refrigerator? Thank you for sharing.

      Fermented in room or out side temperatures for 1 -1 1/2 month or every 2 weeks cook it a little bit and taste it and if it taste sour keep it in the refrigerator.
