'So full of joy and love': Family remembers 89-year-old man killed in hit-and-run Tuesday

Remembered for his care for others and his dedication to his faith, 89-year-old Walter Tighe's family says he was crossing near 34th and Center St. to go to church when he was hit and killed Tuesday.
