I am a 74 year old grandma and I thoroughly enjoy watching you all on You Tube. I’ve lived a pretty sheltered life. I have been to Hawaii once but otherwise never left the mainland. You all make me so happy and being able to travel and take your family and us with you is so awesome. I always feel like I am right there with you. Garrett I think it’s because you do such wonderful filming. You don’t miss a thing. Thank you and thank you for sharing.

That was such a fun episode to watch. I’m blown away by Drew telling you that she was talking with God. She is a very bright child. All of the credit goes to you two with how you raise your children. Bravo!!!!

OMG two of my favorite families. I could listen to you all talk for hours. Two amazing families, all so kind and caring. I too am A Bucket List investor and, completely agree, take your time for a great product and Jessica I can't wait for your book. As an empty nester now we did as much travel as we could afford with our kids, but I finally got my Bucket list trip in to a few countries in Africa this year and I am forever changed. The videos you post of travel hopefully will tease people enough to go experience life and culture. It is life changing in all the best ways! Thankyou for this interview, maybe soon we will see you all travel together with the kiddos! Loved this episode. ❤❤❤❤❤

Oh but you MUST go to the tropics of S Thailand - Phuket and not near the downtown corridor. Was there a few weeks. There’s a beautiful beach at the Marriott new in 2009.
Phuket!!! Winter in USA is glorious prior to their rainy season.

    Wow!❤❤❤❤❤❤,
Hi guys and biggest, hugest congratulations on my absolute all-time favorite podcast I’ve ever seen. I have followed you guys for I don’t know probably like four years or five years something and the bucket list even longer gosh I want to see Dorothea was like three years old it was it was , I don’t even think Manila wasn’t even born yet when I started, you know with them, but at any rate cut, I am just mesmerized at how similar your personalities line up with one another, and it just rather seems like you have just absolutely found the coolest mentors in the world to fit your lifestyle changes that you might want to take on someday. I’m not saying anything about you have to do it this coming summer or whatever but what an absolute opportunity to foresee what the outcome might be like family wise I mean you’ve even duplicated little girl then little boy little boy I mean hello, this was just such an absolute honest treat. Ridiculous thing is I took my medicine and decided to give myself a few minutes to listen to you guys and well now I’m missing my precious sleep and I don’t do that very often. But I just needed to let you know That this is one extraordinarily banger of a Vlog and I just really enjoyed it so much.
Now I’m looking forward to seeing where your next vacation is and how many lessons you’ve learned from them in between now and then.
God bless and keep up the great works Blessings to all of you.🥰🙏❤️

In terms of family social media content, Jessica said you can put out "good, bad or nothing" and feels she and Garrett are putting out "good". This may be true in some ways but I would say "good" content also means no children's faces are shown.

Mormons have always been encouraged to journal and document their lives. Garrett's commitment to that should have stayed PRIVATE. Now their children have no privacy and their digital footprint is huge. The East Family needs to be careful too about overexposing their children online. You all spend too much time thinking about "documenting" for the sake of potential social media content.

I def get awful narcissistic vibes from Garrett (and closet gay.) I love that his wife basically alludes to the fact that they wouldn’t be living this life if it were up to her - it seems a lot of it has been compromise on her part.
Also, I’d love to give them the benefit of the doubt, but when they talked about their “lessons” it seems they’ve learned ZILCH. To refer to a poor Tongan man’s gym as “ghetto and janky” is tasteless, especially when you’re being ghetto for thirstily begging to use it and offering a low ball amount of $20 saying it’s more than he’d make in a year. That’s actually everything wrong with American capitalism, disgusting. And to even mention “what an American kid would draw when they think terrorist” lmao good god. People really need to stop giving these narcissists a platform. Being a nice person isn’t the same as portraying that you’re a nice person.
I do think Andrew and Shawn are more wholesome and genuine people though - please don’t entertain this family again.
