I started researching Africa as my retirement option.SA is my choice.Now I have to decide if it Will be Durban Jozie or Capetown.Im in California,the more I hear about Durban the more appealing it sounds
Yes, Durban is great. We live and work in Atlanta, GA, but we are from KwaZulu Natal, South Africa. Check Ballito, Umhlanga, and Lalucua. We will be retiring in Ballito.

How much is this property
that first house is nice, but not in the seven figures in most of the u.s. now, it being concrete, it would be expensive, maybe. some houses in my neighborhood are that size and they are not 7 figures.
