This is probably some corrupt audio files. The sounds are only supposed to be played when below ground. Normally, I'd suggest checking the files, but because this is on PlayStation, I don't think you can. I'm not quite sure how to fix this, but I would honestly send Mojang an email to let them know this bug is happening. They might even tell you how to fix it.
