The 2011 animation was a remake of the 1999 version, and in this video you are clearly referring to the new animation since HxH came out before Naruto. March 16, 1998 is when the HxH manga started, September 21, 1999 is when Naruto's manga started, so Naruto's manga started when HxH came out with the *FIRST* version of the anime or in other words the 1999 animation (another comment said that too). And if I'm not mistaken, Naruto's anime came out October 3rd *2002* a few years after the HxH anime started. Now for the characters, the whole video is in reverse. I'm not saying that Naruto copied characters in HxH or HxH copied characters in Naruto, because they would've admit to it like how the AOT author said that Levi's look was inspired by Feitan. But, hypothetically speaking Naruto was more likely to copy HxH characters; not saying they did but that's more of a possibility than the other way around. 1-The Jagan is nothing like the Sharingan, not in design or abilities, also I thought we were talking about HxH here.
2- The Sharingan looks nothing like Kurapika's eyes, also It's fundamentally different as It's an Eye Power. Kurapika's eyes don't have powers of their own.
And even then, Togashi didn't invent the concept of red eyes as an aesthetic either, It's nothing that's unique to HxH or Yyh and has been done in many other anime and manga that came before any of Togashi'a works and after it. You're making it sound as Togashi has copyright over the idea of "red eyes" as an aesthetic, do you realize how stupid you sound ?
3-Most of the abilities in Naruto are inspired by Japanese folklore, Amaterasu, Susanoo, Izanami, Izanagi and many others are references to Japanese mythology. It's nothing that Togashi has ownership of, and even then they're still different thematically in how they're integrated into the plot and how they fit the characters, as well as aesthetically due to Kishimoto's unique sense of style. So again, try harder.

i never said that Togashi was the first but that after Yu yu hakusho and hxh there are a lot of things similar in Naruto like for example if combine Hiei and Kurapika is almost the same as Sasuke
like Kurama in yu yu hakusho is a demon fox and in Naruto he have the nine tails fox sealed in him
Hxh is inspired for the most part by db and jojo (also yu yu hakusho but is still his creation)
