I had a 65' Barracuda as a hand me down first car. Mine was a 6 banger. All I could afford to do was put some slotted mag rims on the back. Later bought my first car a 69' Road Runner in the mid 70s right out of HS.
I backed one of these down from a car hauler in 64 It was a 273 commando 4 barrel with a single 3 inch exhaust and an exhaust tip the size of a greyhound bus , The guy who ordered it picked it up the next day and I never seen another like it
Having been around and driven my mother's 64 Barracuda since April 64 which was and is bone stock, and my older brothers 64 Barracuda that he put a 71 340 out of a Demon in it with a hemi grind cam, the 340 car was a lot more fun. We kept Moms car absolutely stock on purpose. She liked it that way, and they are only original once.

Pretty darn cool. Sounds good
Classic lines
These cars never got the respect they deserved

Needs an A12 scoop if going that big...
The hood scoop looks ridiculous
All that good stuff but they neglected to change over to a dual master cylinder.
Dual masters were law by 1966.
Nice but it Would have been much better to have done an original restore instead of all the mods.
Build yours, your way. That's the fun of hotrods.
