WRONG, The knob at the end of the sensor is not a lock tab, it is the, "ANGLE ADJUSTMENT KNOB" for when your mailbox is not perpendicular to the ground.
@@X-SenseOfficial Had nothing to do with if the device functioned.. It had to do with the fact you seem to not like Linux based OS. Both of my Browsers would not allow me to click on the submit button when creating an account.. I had to do it over my cell phones browser ..
Also the instructions say that after you get mail to press the button on the base station and the red light stops flashing.. Nope keeps flashing until I go into the app and change a chime sound using the app.
Does the base alarm continue and have to be shut off? Or if you don't hear the base alarm is their a light to indicate it's been triggered? I assume the mobile phone alert is single alert?
Yes. You can turn off the audio alert (annoying). But essentially the red alarm light will flash until you "clear it". I'm still having some challenges getting it to consistently alert. Driveway motion sensor works like a charm. Have it attached to my side gate with a couple of neodymium magnets.
The base station and alarm can be connected within a range of 500 meters, so you can place the base station in your home where it can maintain a WiFi connection.
Thank you for your feedback! We're always looking to improve and expand our compatibility. I've forwarded your request for Google Home integration to our development team. Stay tuned for updates on this feature!
Do you sell outdoor security cameras that can be synchronized with the mail device so that every time the sensor triggers the mailbox was opened, it sends a command to activate the security camera and record an specific amount of time? TV e notification is great but having the capability to record who opened the mailbox is even better, specially if someone is trying to steal from your mail box.
@@orlandocalderon3656 If google home integration was possible this would be very easy to do. I actually got a Matter door sensor and put it inside my mailbox. When it opens it starts to record on my cameras!
@@orlandocalderon3656 A camera added to this system would be ideal. I had a situation where the mailman was the one actually leaving my mailbox door open on purpose, leaving me to think one of my neighbors was opening it. Anyway, he would do it on rainy days, leaving my mail vulnerable to getting wet. Btw, I have one of those modern plastic mailboxes with the magnetic latch, making it very hard to accidentally leave open, and making it harder to be blown open by the wind...something that often happened with my older medal mailbox. A hard wind hasn't blown my mailbox door opened once, since I got this plastic modern version with the magnetic latch. Not to go into detail, I was able to catch that mailman on my security camera. It turned out to be the same mailman I once had to asked not to walk through my grass one morning. If this smart mailbox alert system had a security camera, it would make it much easier to find out exactly who's causing issues with people's mailboxes.

Not sure if your website is broken but cant make account ..
They are all currently functioning normally. If you still cannot create an account normally, you can purchase directly from Amazon.

I do not have a front window with a signal go through a door?

Please make it work with google home!

15 sec delay is way too long.
