Hamara pot bharne me he ek mah lag jata hai uske baad mai usme mitti and dahi dal kar chhod deti hun. Kabhi kabhi gur bhi dalti hun. Kya pot bharne tak muhe do teen bar dahi ya gur dalna chahiye. Vaise meri khad achhi banti hai but piwder form me ahi hoti. Kya mai kuchh galat kar hun? Please reply karna

Ma'am, if we don't have large quantity of 'greens' at one time; can we keep adding it daily in the bag OR is there any other way in which we can store the 'greens' as fresh and they don't dry up, kindly guide. We are a nuclear family therefore kitchen waste quantity is minimum. Can we add peels of fruits, onion & garlic also ? Your method is simple, and I want to start composting which I've been delaying because of other laborious procedures. Kindly reply so I can start immediately. Thank you !

Yes you can add leaves on daily basis. Try to keep them moist. If you add kitchen waste then it's nutrition value change. Here I made nitrogen rich fertilizer which we can give in small plants too. Kitchen waste compost is better for flowering and fruiting plants. You can make it in separate container.
