Hope u understand ❤ But here's how the plot for the second part would be: He meets all might and writes in a paper he wants to be a hero and all, same everything. He learns sign language, and cleans the beach and finish his studying at the same time. He gets accepted to UA and he makes friends using his talking notebook, his friends are ochaco, idaa, tsu, todoroki aswell because he enjoys his quietness. aizawa finds out about this and offers him the best hearing aids they had that gave him back 65% of his hearing so he started hearing again and katsuki apologizes and deku accepts his apology and they live happily ever after!!! U can imagine this in ur mind:D Anyways have a great day or sleep!

Deku acts cold towards bakugou for the next couple weeks, then one day bakugo apologized too deku because someone told him that the girl was the one that broke the phone. He/She seen the hole thing and was afraid bakugo would hurt him like he hurt deku if they had talk to him. Bakugo is riddled with guilt for, 1. making him death of hearing, 2. not listening to him when he was trying to explain. 3. picking on him. Deku go to get a hearing aid and meets president Mike.
