Those extract jars are so cute! I'm curious about the strength of the extracts... Do you use more of it if your recipe calls for say, 1 tsp of lemon extract?
Thank you! You do have to play it be ear (or by taste 😊) a little- the strength varies depending on the ratio of raw ingredient to alcohol, as well as how long you leave them to infuse etc... :)

Thank you! That's the plan! The alcohol acts as a preservative, so they should last at least a couple of years :)

Not stupid at all! We usually use them to flavour cakes or desserts, like you would use vanilla essence/extract 😊
