You could create an easy mapping strat with a Cast on Cast staff craft and archmage with just one - minimum ring and ignite, Discharge damage effectiveness is inssane. Nice tech actually super fun to build around. BTW somebody made a -6 min charges ring and sells it for 60 divines lol.

Do you think you can make it a CoC build since no charge is ever required to cast it? The damage per hit might be significant lower but CoC triggering rate is so much better than self cast.

you can craft bases easily for the tablet. Spam Veiled Chaos until you unveil on of the minimum charges and make sure you have an open suffix after that, then bench craft another min charge und mirror it in the Lake of kalandra. If it hits both negative there you go, if it hits one minus and the other plus, sell it and re try
That is true, you got it! I've thought about it, but found it not worth it to invest too much on charge generation for 3 charges on top of -12 charges. Maybe there is a good work around to make it worth though

ahaha no secret and its not broken at all , you can reach way way way better discharge builds without that and those rings are costy af 12 charge limit is already limiting ur max dps with this build so no worries no one gone bother with this coz its not broken
Yeah it's not broken...the Farrul's Fur version is already strong enough...this version is just more simpler and diverse. The rings are not hard to make, just no one making it rn.

It is charges because charges are calculated as (current - minimum). Since your minimum is negative, you get a permanent # of charges without needing to gain any. That is: 0 - (-12) = 12 charges
This is either the WEIRDEST interaction possible in the game, or a bug as you said many times. I'm veering towards it being a bug, but if it is, I hope they don't fix it. It will basically be impossible to replicate next league, and it's exclusive to a very niche build already.
no Chris arleady said that he fixed the bug but isnt sure when it will go to live servers. I doubt its this league but for sure next one if thats even relevant then anymore. You can find that post on reddit if you wanna look at it

@@jzxnaga4510 yeah it isnt fixed as of yet and i doubt it will be fixed this league, the only investment would be getting those rings reflected but that only took me 1 try for each ring/amulet which ended up being like 4 divs (with buying mirror of reflection) So yeah play it while you can :D I've been trying to get better gear but its already pretty powerful

its gonna fix soon. there was 0 mana aurastacker in Scourge league. that build lived like 18 hours

unfortunately, it's a bug. Discharge declared to work with damage "...per... Charge removed". No charge removed = no damage

If you generate charges, wouldn't you get more damage? So you have 3 power charges then it is 3 less -6 so you will get a 9 discharge?

You can make it yourself, buy a +1 min, craft +1 min, and use reflection of kalandra to reflect it, and wish for luck.
What about using multiple totems to cast discharge for you, i believe their charges are like yours ?
Easiest fix for GGG, jsut change the formula.

type of charge doesn't matter. You can have neg endurance charges, just that the ailment of fire damage is not as good as cold and lightning

I think discharge needs some more interactice animation for it to feel more usable. Good skill mechanic, but bad display of its power
