Neither are doctors, it’s clear neither know what they’re doing, Dr. Shelby spends a few days with Grim, then says she’s tried it all LMAO, there are hundreds of methods a Dr can choose to try & help their patient, & the “therapy sessions” are not what real therapy sessions look like, I know I’ve been dealing with mental health issues since I was 16, now 40, have Depression, OCD, Bipolar & Anxiety disorders, I have regular meetings/therapy with my doctor, I’m on meds, if this were true, which it’s not, meds could help calm the anger & rage, it takes more than 1 or 2 or 3 sessions to see a real, big difference.
