I have been struggling with depression and anxiety for 3 years now and since then I haven't been able to study as effectively as I did before. My grades were getting low and also my confidence. Honestly, it doesn't matter Ana as long as your content is as great as ever. However, I do remember seeing a 'Taurus' show-piece on your shelf in a couple videos. I think, that just reflected your personality a little bit more (I'm being super weird). Now, I'm not saying that you have to keep that in all of your videos but the idea is to keep something that gives us a little peek into your personality, (i.e. if you're comfortable with it).
In my country, all college exams are oral. The professor in person will question you thoroughly across all of the material (which usually includes a textbook that he/she him/herself has written), in her/his office or in an empty classroom. The questioning may go on for up to 45 minutes - usually it's about 25 though. If you know utterly nothing on one specific question, you're out - complete ignorance on even one small topic is not tolerated, you must be able to say at least something. Exams are rarely in written form, and when they are, questions will be very specific, demanding and requesting much detail. Am I right in assuming that this would virtually be considered psychological abuse in the US?

When I took the oral exam, I was told I didn't qualify by idiots who couldn't agree if I was using invented words or not. The whole thing is a fucking joke. My sister mentioned my experience to a friend of a friend and the woman laughed and said "I know what you mean, my dad is a certified interpreter and he says to be certified it's more who you know than what you know".

Well, not to be rude or anything, but the big pile of textbooks in tacky colours isn't exactly... welcoming. I liked your old bookcase display where books where haphazardly shoved into the shelf because there was no space and it was just _books._ Good old, welcoming and nice books. Now, they don't have to be haphazardly shoved in of course, but something about that was strangely welcoming. It made it seem like you knew your sh*t. P.s. I liked the decoration pieces and photo frames too, they were nice.
Hahah well the background in this particular video was right in the middle of my move - so the only things on the shelves were the last objects I had to shove into boxes. :-P But no worries. All my books will be back with a vengeance ^__^ Thank you for the feedback Sanila!!

Well, not to be rude or anything, but the big pile of textbooks in tacky colours isn't exactly... welcoming.
I liked your old bookcase display where books where haphazardly shoved into the shelf because there was no space and it was just _books._ Good old, welcoming and nice books. Now, they don't have to be haphazardly shoved in of course, but something about that was strangely welcoming. It made it seem like you knew your sh*t.
P.s. I liked the decoration pieces and photo frames too, they were nice.
Hahah well the background in this particular video was right in the middle of my move - so the only things on the shelves were the last objects I had to shove into boxes. :-P But no worries. All my books will be back with a vengeance ^__^ Thank you for the feedback Sanila!!
