Can the CEO of Harley get any credit yet?! I've always given him credit and don't listen to the haters. I don't think there has been a more progressive decade ever than this decade for Harley.
That’s actually a pretty fair comment. I’m not a fan of his….but the bikes Harley have been turning out under his stewardship are pretty awesome. Love my 2022 Street Bob. Looking at trading it in on a 2025…just can’t decide which one yet. There are so many great ones 💯🇺🇸🔥 🏍️
The bikes are great. I have a '23 LRS. Its just the prices are going from insane to even more insane. So many dealerships in the UK are closing down after years of business
Why would you praise him? Was he a project manager, designer or director of the Rushmore project? How much is he making the brand pay for more electric motorcycles that nobody buys? Yeah, he's not a hero, Harley customers are just loyal AF. After seeing the new "Ultra" with Polaris lower fairings and not being equipped with the Limited options, on top of a $2,000 price hike, I won't be buying any more baggers from Harley. The "Indian" branding from Polaris is disgusting, but if I have to ride a bike that looks like one with less options for the same price I can probably debadge it.
Just found your chanel Sammy, Excellent job of showing the new 25,s . Nice close ups. Im with you, I like shinny bikes also. . My bike is an 07 Softail Deuce i bought new, black and chrome beauty, 96 ci, 6 speed. with stock pipes/mufflers. He is in showroom new condition. I cruise around here at Myrtle Beach SC. and get alot of nice comments. The Windvest 16" x 18" is positively the perfect wind shield for the Deuce. I love your 04 that u just bought. Oh yeah , I.ll be adding a new 25 black Breakout to my garage as soon as my dealer gets one in.
Nicely done video Sandy, always enjoy your content. I rang the bell today!! Traded my 2023 Low Rider ST white w/ stage 2 for the 2025 ST in iron horse metallic. I had a great first time buying experience at Pikes Peak HD in C Springs👍, about 80 miles from home. The 2023 is an awesome bike; I wanted get away from the stage 2 for noise reduction when touring, and I like the new mods and colors. I basically worked the numbers over the phone this morning and headed to the dealership. I’m having it delivered in a couple weeks. In the meantime, I will repurposing my forward Heritage controls for the new bike (… if you know, you know😊;) and a few other take offs. I met some really nice people at the dealership today, and had a great day😀 Btw, big fan of the new Heritage as well, I have a 2019. Big thanks to you and John for keeping us informed👍
I think now it’s the time to change my Street Glide 22 to a LRST. Those changes will make a diference and brings the softail more close to the tourings models. Faster bike with security improvements 😊
Kind of feel a little let down having bought my 2024 LRST (Red Rock). Wish I knew all this was coming. Did the Stage 2 with Star 30/30 Racing Cam, SE airfilter, Jekyll & Hide 2-in-1 Exhaust, Forward Controls and a PowerJet tune, getting 134HP / 214NM torque over a stock 109? HP) And now in 2025, you get in 1 model year: way better colors, the better cockpit, the ride modes, improved controls on the steering bar, improved stock performance (about a 10HP increase from last year model), same size clamshells and led signal lights. For only a $1000 MSRP price gain
Sammy-- First of all, love the videos. I really appreciate the improvements they've made. As a day-one Low Rider ST owner, these are the kinds of changes we've been asking for forever. However, my main issue with Harley-Davidson’s approach is that it's following the tech industry’s playbook (think Apple). They’re rolling out small but noticeable updates year after year-like swapping an analog gauge for a digital one or changing bronze wheels to black-not to enhance the riding experience in a meaningful way, but to make it obvious who has the latest model. It’s the same tactic Apple uses when they tweak phone colors or rearrange the camera layout. I can only imagine how many FXLRST owners will see these updates and feel pressured to trade in their "old" bikes for huge losses. The performance difference between the high-output and the original 117 will likely be negligible for the average rider, yet people will still upgrade just because the new model has an HO badge instead of a standard 117. I’m not here to tell people how to spend their money, but motorcycles certainly aren’t iPhones. This is just another way to prey on FOMO and push the idea that you always need the "best" or "newest"-and consumer culture is already ugly enough as it is.
Very few qualified more than you to do this comparison!! I truly believe next year we will see touring controls and Nightster S gage with navigation on the LRST
Yes- that’s what I was thinking too ! Could’ve been a huge improvement if they put the digital round gauge like they have on the new sportsters that include , all information including navigation etc…
You don't need to do anything...how many times have we all said that! The 2-1 is a good change, but it is very quiet and restrictive. Your stage 2 will outrun any of these bikes!
Well the difference from 2024 model stock is already about 10HP. With the new 2025 model you can just do a slip-on for improved sound and performance. Remove the catalyst/accelerator from the stock exhaust and you got a great performing/sounding bike for a lot less money. Stage 2 might be better or more to preference and I sure as heck like mine. But I'm not sure if I would spend it had I bought the 2025 model.
I saw a dyno sheet of the new high output bike. My 114 fitted with a SE torque cam, Rinehart slip-ons and SE 55mm aluminium intake manifold is still out in front in both HP and torque by a good margin. I reakon with a little bit of work, these new bikes would produce some great results.
Also, new heads, intake manifold. Engine crankcase breather system now vents from on top of the transmission cover to the back of the aircleaner. Head breathers have been deleted with the newly designed heads. New rear shock is now fitted with a non progressive spring. Adjustment for the rear shock has been put under the seat for all softail models. Also the cats are no longer in the mufflers, they are now in the headers.
I saw one in person on Saturday. Spec wise it's better. I disagree that it's much better. I don't feel the cost increase is worth it. If one was in the market for one, I'd say get the 25. If you have a 22-24, then I'd say no need to upgrade.
Sandy, if you want bigger bags that are still quick detach you need to look into Nasty Hogs rebel chopped bags. Same mounting as the OEM Lowrider ST bags. But they are touring sized bags.
@@HOLYSHIFT For sure! I also forgot to mention that they can color match almost any Lowrider ST color. I have them for my white sand pearl ST and they are awesome! Hope to see a video on them soon.
I doubt that the 2 in to 1 exhaust is going to give you any more power because it's still stock exhaust, will still have to be replaced. Only advantage to that exhaust is the larger saddle bag on the right side.
@holyShift small world 😂I was just there 2 weeks ago when I was visiting my Mom and Sister it’s a nice place but they didn’t have any 2025 like you just said in the video😮 I was surprised too. also, another place that is close by is treasure coast Harley they don’t have 2025. I was disappointed too well I’m going back to PA soon so I guess I’ll visit my Harley dealership in Pocono. Enjoy the warm weather. 👍
Let’s be real on 24’ vs25’ price increase. 24’ Billiard grey was $23.4 24’ Billiard grey with black trim $1100 (included in 24’ & previous) $25.3. $1900 jump or 8%!!! Is 8% an acceptable increase?? No!

That sounds like a great deal ! The 2025 model is really nice. I would do forward controls as well…. Good luck with bike and ride safe !
Also, the spring on the rear shock is now a straight-rate spring (all coils have the same spacing), instead of a progressive-rate spring.
Didn’t even realize that. - thank you 🙏🏻
they change the rear shock on all Softails and also gave it standard the RDRS system.
Yes 👍🏻

Where’s the high beam switch?
On front of the left switch block.
Bags are fixed which is a huge win on the low rider ST. I do wish they popped the TFT in there

117 high output! Is just the bike to have. Do it bro!
If you put a 2 into1 ... it's best to do a remap of ecu (tune)
But this comes already done from the factory
