It's helped me so much. Keeps the wire contained while pulling it. It's easy once dialed in. Just turn in a 5 gallon bucket of wire for $295. Just do it when I find extra wire 🤷♂️😆
Looking good. Consider a cheap hand crank winch. Attach the winch cable to vice grips to clamp the stripped wire tip. Curl the tip for better grip. Run the wire through a cheap funnel (the same type for adding vehicle fluids) securely attached to the board. No kinks = no hassles. Larger channel in the board with easily removable sheet tin used as a filler to accommodate smaller wire. Wind the bare wire on to different diameter spools with a missing tabletop edge. Slide it all in to a 5 gallon bucket. Huge space saver! Turbo mode engaged.
Does it not dig into the copper wire a snag seems you are using the flat part of the razor instead of just the pointy tip? I have tied and both processes snag a lot
The angle of the blade has to be perfect that's why I hold it by hand while pulling it through. I know everything what you talk about. When the wire is very fine that is more of a problem. The thicker the wire the easier it is.
I believe melt the copper and two bars Heaven certified put in the vault. Get the value of copper up for one ton $2 million Is a longshot it’s worth it

Recycling is a huge scam. Cities are paying contractors huge money to collect "recyclables" and in the end it all goes into the regular trash anyway. This is a rabbit hole if anyone cares to go down it.
Why not recycle the plastic? I mean I’m sure it would be like 10 cents for like a trillion pounds. The way things are going in the country right now money is money.
Exactly my point. Very cheap and renders pounds for me. All told I've done a few thousand feet of wire and it only cost me a pice of scrap wood and a filler wire.

I like the constructive advice. There is always was to improve and advance a system. I will employ them if I can.
How much more do you get if its stripped??
Nice. I’d like to see it in action
Can we see the process in action?
It's very complicated. The camera can catch the machine working.
Its very um complicated so no you cant? Lmao!
Way to not show your genius blade mechanism.
I don't see anybody stealing your patent. Why didn't you just show us the rig in action?
When I started making videos, I didn't have a tripod.

Last 5 gallon bucket of copper paid me 296. I just slowly collect it over a year, like a piggy bank.😆👍

If you use a pipe cutter wheel and a spring in that v groove. It self adjusts
Pretty smart set up, trying to do something similar

I have a wire striper 3 phase can strpe 2 spools at 2 1/2 tons apiece in 2 days 1/1/2 it can stripe 4 inche wire!

It gets recycled when it hits the trash processing center. The companies have to go through everything before it gets to the fill.
