Bro, I did the same thing. Actually, 3 times. You cannot manage any business in Ghana as an absentee investor. You need to be on the ground. Managing things from the diaspora will be difficult. Do your homework again before you invest there whilst still living abroad. Just a thought.

Lol its economics and accounting. Loans don't attract taxes that's why you go for loans. Its rather unfortunate that our interests rates are too exorbitant thus making that approach unfeasible in Ghana.
Hm i have correct money from bank so many years. Am not owning them. When i blow the money i pay for the money, now i have my container big one. Now i need money to start my business. But the bank refused to blow me another. They say is a election year 😢.

Facts😂 I went to the bank to have a restriction placed on my account, so I can only deposit or transfer money into it but cannot withdraw. Now, I have to write a letter to the bank if I want to make a withdrawal before they can remove the restriction
If you want to start a businesses in Ghana please don’t go for a loan. At 40% interest it’s a form of slavery. Listen to Obeng Darko and not this advice. Some part of his advice is good but some of it is slave mentality. Why would you go for a loan to bring your sibling abroad when you can be your own boss in your own country. All you need is different information and we should stop pushing this kind of information. Why are all the foreigners successful in Ghana but only us who doesn’t see the opportunities in our country. Like Bob Marley said there’s water in abundance but the fool is still thirsty. Wake up and wise up black man.
