I've been trying to find a 2v2 guide for war/hpal for an eternity on youtube and everything I've looked at is absolute crap. I literally haven't found ANYTHING actually useful. How much ArP do you have at the moment unbuffed? I find myself at only 17% through gem stacking - is Grim Toll + gemming ArP right now much more worth it than stacking str with greatness?
What's the addon/wa for the unrelenting assault debuff? @bajheera, could you export your current Threat Plates for Classic? Importing the Retail one gives errors and lowkey bit scared it fucks something up
I don't get how he can't see the spec of the opponents? You see their mana on the right side.. 5k mana means ret pala, 17k mana means holy.. 11k on shaman is enhancement.. and many have buffs revealing their spec.
So whats the strat on mirror match? Seems like you're just riding the HPal hoping you/your Hpal win the 1v1? Seems like an odd decision. Is swapping sacred shields not better to OOM? Or are you just looking to get big CDs like bubble, wall, etc to line up for the inevitable push?
Kind of answer my question later, saying you're not living that long to OOM. Isnt that just more of a reason to swap to their war and help your learning HPal out?
I've been using shield bash pretty exclusively, I see you using pummel instead. I always thought the ability to keep all my rage was worth the reset on my swing timer and I wrong or what situations do you hold the shield bash for, kicking holy spells ect?
Also pretty curious about this. Obviously in tbc since we sat serker most of the time it was optimal to use pummel, but now that we sit battle more is it better to bash
I think the pressure that a 2H applies is better to continue using your 2H, zerker stance or not. Dumping some rage or not. Think of how much rage you're losing by resetting your swing timer twice and using a suboptimal weapon for a swing or two. It's not even close.
Shield bash is a 6second lock out over the 4 second pummel lock out if I am not mistaken. And shield bash has a very nice slow/daze that is applied. I find pummel does get off a little quicker though

Choose whatever your playstyle is. Do you like living longer or doing more damage. For example, I see some h pal guides do 51 points in holy and 54 in others

Then you were telling him to hoj when he was around the tombstone in ruins while the grounding totem was still up, and had been up since the start of that game. It's just going to absorb his hoj so there's no point.

Probably Weakauras. Making one for a trinket proc is really easy.
