if you guys have a condition, make sure it's okay for you to drink green tea! Green tea has caffeine and can trigger some stuff (at least for me). I drink butterfly tea which has no caffeine.

I don’t know Why noone is talking about dry skin and only acne-prone. I know it’s a big concern of most of the teenagers but yk… it’s sad to be ignored or skipped😔and guys I have to tell u sth: go to dermatologist! I think it’s the best thing you Can do❤

I'm pretty sure we have a few vegetables lying around in our house lol... but ofc you need to buy the vegetables, but it's not half as expensive as over-priced skincare :)

For the sugar scrub, does it have to be manuka honey or is it fine with just honey that’s sitting on your kitchen counter?
manuka honey is the best but any honey will do tbh. i usually use store bought honey as manuka is quite expensive.
instead of honey for the sugar scrub can i use coconut oil? or anything else there is?
if you have dry skin you could use coconut oil, but NEVER use it if you have oily/combination skin!!

scoop some out and scrub lightly all over your body after taking a bath or washing your face. then wash the sugar off until your skin isn't sticky.
