That's fascinating about the Icarus effect/overextension in Syria; I hadn't pieced that together, but it makes sense
What benefit does waiting confer? Before the act, the number of mis_____ was larger. After the acts, the number is substantially lower. The longer you wait, the longer people are continued to be forced out of their homes, the communities, their prior ways of life.
You are callous and cowardly. While you cry and beg for an adversarial population, you encourage 60000+ people to continue to be victims of this event that they did not cause.
Grow up. Duty and loyalty to your community. Those who reject duty are to be rejected because they cause such great harm while claiming to be morally superior.
A ceasefire? Why? Why has the term, "surrender" been deleted out of common parlance? Settle this not through disengagement but through imposed orders with clear methods of enforcement.
Grow up.

I agree with some others that the idea of a second shortform satellite channel could be something to consider and is DEFINITELY something I, and, I think anyway, that a LOT other people would watch and want to be notified about!
especially when it's framed as shorter, up-to-the minute news / topical analysis of current events by highly experienced and invested regular contributors, such as those that you have already inc Millburn & Lyons, and yourself!
An example of a channel pairing like this that I watch is 'Mentour Pilot' and his 'Mentour Now' secondary channel for aviation. The first is long form in-depth, akin to Dave and Jacks' TeamHouse Interviews, and the second is shorter analysis of more recent events that are making industry and wider public news.
'eSysman Superyachts' - hosted often on-location or by video-call by British ex-Military servicemember turned private yacht industry crewmember - has recently changed to 'The Yacht Report'.
He has more than one channel and brings recent industry events and analysis occasionally bordering on OSINT style insights of recent events using open source data such as AIS tracking, multiple anonymous sources, independent corroboration, his own industry contacts, and and soliciting yacht crew to provide insider info. It was very insightful - and sometimes practically useful to me - during the initial Russia sanctions which massively affected several areas i'm interested in including maritime - and brought us intel on vessels trying to run, hide, or get resupplied-at-sea by the 'ghost ships' that supply fuel and provisions 'privately'.
These are areas that I might be invested in along with your content and geopolitical and national security current affairs, but, if I am, then there will surely be a lot more than just me - hungry for your content - which is extremely valuable and of which i'm very appreciative!

on each.
Anyway, keep going where you're going - longform TeamHouse Interviews and shortform TH: EyesOn that give all of us osint insights into current events.

@@alexm.5537 Yes they all said very clearly that 'by the time this episode goes out the ground operations will very likely be underway already' - Millburn even went as far as to speculate about a possible waterbourne action focussed on N.Beirut, and mentioned a specific Unit - can hardly get more up to date than that!
I'm pretty disgusted with Israel's influence on America but this seems like a nice move on their part.

@@droptableaccount1820 no. Israel is an ally of the United States, like many other countries. I’m not sure what influence disgusts you ? Curious what you mean . Joe Biden and company while still providing help with weapons have also done their very best to try and stop Israel from victory in the war with hamas and even now the war with hezballah . I wish we had more influence. The United States speaks about the Ukraine war and willing to fund it until the end of every last US tax dollar. They speak about it glowingly. When it comes to Israel, all day long, their lecturing us about cease-fires and about needing to stop the war.. I actually really don’t know what you mean
