That’s one nice truck and trailer. The little tractor that could. You have to like those Kubota tractors.

We have been very happy with our kubotas. Despite the M series needing injectors replaced, it had still never let me stuck and the dealer is being really good about covering that job. Thanks for watching

Just curious once you get the hay in there is the l2501 able to get them back out wondering why you didn't put one in at a time with the small tractor?

Its a lot easier to put them in with the big tractor and just push them back with the next load, the m series has the power to push a whole container full. We dont need to take them out with the tractor they bring the hay bags into the container to fill in there,

What does one bale weigh. I just bought a L2501 and I'm curious. I want to use it fork lift fire wood.

The empty truck and trailer scaled at 14,300# and loaded scaled at 23,300# = 9,000# of 12 bales averaged at 750lbs a bale plus roughly 100# for the spear. I would not advise moving 1600lbs around with a 2501 but it can lift it! Thanks for watching, Lee!

Do you have any problems with your hey getting wet or damp with the container being metal sweating?

The container is just temproary storage. Havent had any condensation issues but we also go through the hay pretty fast. I think 53' box trailers are a more cost effective and overall better storage for hay, especially if you can find an insulated reefer unit!

How do you guys feed those bales? We have 11 horses and bought the large square bales.

Just pull the flakes apart and stuff hay bags or throw the flakes out in the turn outs.

Did I miss something? Where was the L2501? Pretty sure that was an MX series tractor.
