The keyboard I got as replacement was "frameless", as are most cheap ones so the missing step is to pry that thing off the old one and put it on the new one, its relatively easy with small screw drivers to pry and hold open and just some patience.

I found this video poor. I was replacing the keyboard because the symbols were different from that of a normal one. My wife bought this one at a knockdown price. I found it difficult to see what screws you were opening without stopping the video for examination as you were very quick and your hands were in the way. I would like to have seen you explain what the difficulty was in removing the keyboard after you removed the screws. I have often taken things not coming apart when you think they should you anticipate something else is holding it. This video seems to have been someone who videoed you and didn't explain that after you removed the two screws that the keyboard was held in with flanges and stuck down with tape. It would have taken so little to make the inexperienced feel so much more comfortable.
