We were there the last year, I would highly recommend to stay a night there, Toledo is beautiful and since you need to walk a lot, a day won't be enough!
@@ThRealJC2 I agree, I wish I would have stayed at least one night. I had to hustle to see everything I did, but would have liked another day to slow down and do more.
@@jaydubdiscoveries Same story here. We spent the day there, but we needed to rush everything to see what we wanted. And yes, the best way is to walk. Streets are so narrow that cars cannot go through. Beautiful city!
Miss seeing more videos of your travels. Great content on instagram. Are you planning on doing any You Tube videos from your trips? The resort in Florida looks awesome. Would you recommend for a couple?
Thanks Mike, I haven't had time to create any new content lately but more is coming! Yes, I would recommend the Marriot Grande Vista for just about anyone. It's kid friendly but not kid-oriented, if you know what I mean.
@@jaydubdiscoveries Thanks. Will look into it. Travel to that area for work so extend some trips. We love to travel and want to create some videos and add pics for a hobby. Would love to pick your brain but hate to clutter your comments area. Any chance I could email you questions?
I didn't have time, my stay was only for 5 days. There's so much to explore in Spain and Portugal, I'm already planning another trip for a longer stay.
@@jaydubdiscoveries I could spend weeks/months in Spain and Portugal. Have yet to do the Algarves region and want to do more of the coastal/southern areas of Spain. Love Barcelona and the other places but looking forward to get to some new areas and enjoy some relaxation.
That's a great question! I honestly don't remember seeing any taxis. If you're not able to walk fort long periods of time, there are tour buses that can get you around, both inside and outside the city.
I haven't made the drive, so it's hard for me to compare driving vs taking the train. I did notice a fairly large parking garage while I was there, so you surely could drive there and find a place to park. What I would NOT recommend is trying to drive IN Toledo once you arrive: the streets are very narrow, mostly filled with pedestrians, and it is easy to get lost. A car would come in very helpful driving around the permitter of the city, though, and there are places to pull off to the side and enjoy the views.
Nice info man... definitely helped me plan my trip
Very helpful and practical.
Thank you for sharing!

Awesome video Jeff!
Thank you! I had even better footage on a different camera but accidentally formatted the memory card before backing it up 😋

Great vid. Toledo is a great smaller city. Wish we would have had time for the zip line! Did you go to Grenada?

Hi, what train station did you leave out from? Also, did you buy your tickets in advanced and where? Thank you!
